It`s time

It`s time

Sadly, this is the time to say farewell and to express our heartfelt thanks to all of God`s people at IBCZ.

“God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.” Hebrews 6:10

As we prepare to leave this beautiful country and a church family that has become very dear to us, we want to take this opportunity of thanking everyone that has so graciously opened their hearts and homes to us over these past 3 years. The Lord has blessed IBCZ with many choice servants who have and continue to serve Him faithfully here, many behind the scenes and often with little recognition other than from the Lord Himself who rewards each one with blessings that only they would know and enjoy.

We have enjoyed the privilege of serving you and have learnt much as we endeavored to grow together in the Grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you also for those who have been praying for us as we are still in the process of finalizing the details of our new ministry opportunities back home, knowing that the Lord goes ahead of us to prepare our next season of ministry. Our prayer is that as Pastor Jim and Anne joins you over the coming 6 months and then then for the Lord`s appointed servants for the future ministry at IBCZ, that He will continue to bless and use each one of you to reach and disciple many for His Kingdom and always for His glory!

In His Grace,

Will & Helen

A Word from the General Secretary, International Baptist Convention

On behalf of the family of English-language churches we call the IBC, scattered in over 25 countries around the world, I want to thank William and Helen for their ministry in Zurich.  William and I have grown to be good friends.  We have served together as William led the Convention’s  Ministry to Men.  He was a great help in planning our annual conference in Lenk, Switzerland.  With his wit and wisdom, William was a delight to work with.  God sent William and Helen to be a blessing to IBCZ.  And God sends IBCZ to be a Blessing to the World.

I am happy to be able to be with you on the Colledge’s last Sunday to thank them.  I hope also to encourage you as a church to keep up the good work God is doing in and through you as we together consider what the Lord is saying to us from Psalm 67.
