As per IBCZ Church Statutes (Constitution), all members are prompted to attend the General Meeting. A formal letter of notification was sent by post to members. The notification pack includes:
- Agenda for the General Meeting of 29th January 2012
- Minutes of the General Meeting of 19th June 2011
- Schedule of the Resolution to be discussed and voted on
- Proposed Church Budget for 2012
- An Absentee Ballot (1 per member in household)
